Admission requirements and application materials vary depending on your application type.

Degree-seeking – for domestic (U.S. citizens and permanent residents) applicants wishing to pursue a degree (MPA, MPA in Public Safety and Crisis Management, MPA in Nonprofit Management, MPA in Public Works, MPA in Public Management)
Non-degree – for domestic applicants (U.S. citizens and permanent residents) who have applied for a degree program but are unable to submit all the application materials before the deadline or who have less than a 3.0/4.0 undergraduate GPA; for applicants who wish to improve their professional or personal development without being required to fulfill degree requirements
Certificate – for domestic (U.S. citizens and permanent residents) applicants wishing to pursue a certificate program (Public Safety and Crisis Management, Nonprofit Management, Public Management)
International – for international students wishing to pursue a degree and requiring a student visa
Quick Application - intended to expedite admission for applicants applying for admission within 1 month of the start of the upcoming semester. Applicant will be admitted provisionally as a non-degree graduate student. Once the applicant submits the remainder of admission materials, his or her status will be upgraded to regular degree-seeking student.
